Redefining Social Responsibility: Actress & Enterpreneur Dr. Rraxshmi Thakur Leads PVR Consolidation’s  CSR and Media Agenda

M/s PVR Consolidation Private limited is been setup in 1998 with a One man Company. Sooner it is transformed to Private Company in the year 2008 with one more director.  This so called director continued as only for resolution passed and cannot be treated as Working Director. 

Since 16 year we had not inducted any director because of many reason & too have financial stability .

M/s PVR Consolidation Private limited is not in Credit or any Negative balance but have  heavy Financial turnover .

With a heavy Financial turnover  , it became necessary to Induct a director under Section 149(1) under the Companies Act -2013. 

As per the resolution passed on 15.11.2024 Dr. Rxashmi Tthakur is been nominated as CSR & Media Director under Company Act -2013

CSR & Media Works: 

Film Media :

1.Jyotirgamaya production which is consolidated company of M/s PVR Consolidation Private limited will be producing a Indo-Nepal film based on Real Incident of ” Divaseema Cyclone” and Re-Incarnation. 

The film ” Buddham Sharanam Gachami” is first dual role film Dr. Rxashmi.. It is also noted that on November 19’th 2024 , we all will mourn 48 year of Cyclone in which 10,000 people were killed. It is historical movie and will be screened in International film festival. 

This project will be PAN World and will be having Multiple language dubbing through AI.

2. There is one more project which will be also presented by Dr Rxashmi Tthakur . Similarly this will be also dubbed with AI

Any film produced by Jyotirgamaya production will be presented by Dr. Rxashmi Thakur 

Our company believes in Content and if the Content is good it should be PAN World 

CSR Activities 

Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013 (“Act”) provides that certain companies must mandatorily contribute a certain amount towards CSR activities. M/s PVR Consolidation Private limited. already had a CSR activity of ” Deh Dan ” since it is formed . But additional to it , we have introduced  more activity which is Old age Counselling home , for Shelter to Street dog and Cyber Security 

CSR Commitee

A private company with only two directors on its board must have a CSR committee made up of those two directors.

Dr. PVR and Dr. Rxashmi Tthakur will be exclusively in CSR Commitee

Details of CSR 

a)  Shelter to Street dog”: No doubt the Subject is simple but as per law it comes under “Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act (PCA), 1960, and rules enacted under Section 38 of the act, particularly, the Animal Birth Control (Dogs) Rules, 2001; Indian Penal Code, sections 428 & 429 and Article 51A (g) of the Constitution of India.

b) Old age Counselling home can also be called 

 Geriatric Councelling .  Our organization felt that due to lack of Geriatric Councelling centers . There r many old  age home . So, it is very important to have Geriatric Councelling centers.

c) Deh Dan:Body Donation, also called Deh Dan, is the donation of the whole body after death for the purpose of medical research and education. Body Donation is important for helping medical students and researchers to understand the human body.

d) Cyber security & Cyber Violence 

i) Cybersecurity is the practice of protecting systems, networks, and programs from digital attacks. These cyberattacks are usually aimed at accessing, changing, or destroying sensitive information; extorting money from users through ransomware; or interrupting normal business processes.

ii) Cyberviolence:The use of computer systems to cause, facilitate, or threaten violence against individuals, that results in (or is likely to result in) physical, sexual, psychological or economic harm or suffering and may include the exploitation of the individual’s circumstance, characteristics or vulnerabilities.”.

Dr. Rrxashmi Tthakur is Miss Asia International & Miss Planet India & also Peagent nationally and internationally too… It is great to inform that she is the Ambassador to European International University and Visited Thailand, Indonesia & many countries too. Dr. Rraxshmi Tthakur also met defence minister, tourism minister during her visit to Thailand and HE the king and family of the Indonesia during her visit. 

A budget of 5.25 cr is been announced from Dec. 1’st to March 31’st 2024,While 20.82 cr is been declared for the financial year 2025-2026.
