Dr. Sailen Kumar Chaudhuri, a distinguished graphologist and textile industry expert, is spearheading an initiative aimed at preparing the next generation of Indian professionals for success in the global business landscape. With a career spanning decades of leadership in the textile industry, both in India and internationally, Dr. Sailen Kumar Chaudhuri is now applying his expertise in graphology to empower the youth to develop the confidence and personality needed to compete at par with global standards.

With a Ph.D. in Fibre Science from the University of Manchester and a Master’s in Textile Engineering from IIT Delhi, Dr. Sailen Kumar Chaudhuri has been a transformative figure in the wool and interior textiles industries. As the former Global Head of Interior Textiles at The Woolmark Company and the Vice Chairman (Global) of the Textile Institute, Manchester, his contributions have elevated Indian textiles to international prominence. Now, Dr. Chaudhuri has turned his focus towards the development of human capital through graphology, believing that personal growth is key to thriving in the global economy.

Throughout his career, Dr. Sailen Kumar Chaudhuri has received numerous awards, including the prestigious IIT Alumni Award for Outstanding Contribution to National Development and the Wool Rattan Award, which recognized his impact on transforming India’s wool shawl industry.
