Chetan Sawhney Awarded for His Pioneering Role in Corporate Communication, 2024

Chetan Sawhney, Associate Director of Corporate Communication and PR at Nangia Andersen India, has been named the Corporate Communication Leader of the Year for 2024 at the Great Indian Corporate Communication Leaders’ Summit. This esteemed recognition highlights Chetan’s exceptional strategic expertise, placing him among the top 20 communication leaders in India. The summit, organized by Transformance, brought together industry leaders from various sectors, emphasizing the importance of effective communication in today’s corporate landscape.

 

Reflecting on his professional journey, Chetan expressed his gratitude on LinkedIn, acknowledging the invaluable lessons learned throughout his 14-year career in corporate communication. He credited his successes and challenges as key drivers of his growth and thanked Transformance Forums for honoring him with this prestigious award. His heartfelt message also recognized the unwavering support from his team and leaders at Nangia Andersen India, underscoring the collaborative nature of his achievements.

 

 

Chetan’s extensive experience spans several industries, including financial services, luxury, lifestyle, IT, politics, and technology. One of his significant accomplishments was serving as the Public Relations Officer for the former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Mr. Kiran Kumar Reddy, in 2013, which demonstrated his proficiency in managing high-pressure communications in the political arena.

 

The summit featured a distinguished jury, including Carson Dalton from Coca-Cola, Rohit Dubey from Reliance Jio, and Sunita Venugopal from Walmart Global Tech India. Their participation underscores the recognition’s credibility and highlights the high standards upheld in the corporate communication field.

 

Currently, Chetan oversees all internal and external communications at Nangia Andersen India. He plays a pivotal role in enhancing brand visibility at major industry events, securing strategic media partnerships, and advancing digital strategies. His strategic direction has significantly bolstered Nangia Andersen’s global brand presence across various platforms, making him a crucial figure in the organization’s ongoing success.
