Bombay High Court Issues Notice to NCB, CBI Over Alleged Irregularities By IPS Officer Gyaneshwar Singh

Gyaneshwar Singh is the 1999 batch IPS officer of Himachal Pradesh cadre who is infamously famous for giving clean chit to Bollywood actor Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan in the Cordelia Drug case. His connection with Khan goes back a long way when Singh was an OSD of an eminent personality of BCCI & a close aide of Khan.

Gyaneshwar Singh stepped into the role of being  the boss of Sameer Wankhede Ex Zonal Director, NCB yo give a clean chit to Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan in the drug case.

Gyaneshwar Singh is currently glorified with some grave complaints against him.

Dereliction of duty and having illicit relation and exploiting a lady who accompanied him to Ahmedabad while Singh was on an official tour. She said in the adjacent room of Singh with the common door and her room was booked in the name of a NCB officer. Office vehicles were used for dropping and picking the lady concerned. What relation she had with Singh to have stayed with him day and night for three days ? and the payment of the room was made by junior NCB officials.  To everyone’s horror and disbelief this was not the first time Singh used the office machinery for his iniquitous and immoral activities.

There was a high level drug disposition committee constituted and a meeting was held to destroy the drugs of Delhi, Jammu and Lucknow units. The physical presence of the member is compulsory and Gyaneshwar Singh ,as per Government notification 2022,was shown to be preset at all the places at the same time. Though he was stationed at Delhi, he was fraudulently shown to be at multiple places like Lucknow and Jammu.

This can lead to pilferage and diversion of drugs as Singh was not present to weigh and check the seal of the drug which could be tampered. It could have been sold fraudulently in the market. The drugs weighed in tonnes and costing thousands of crores which was caught from terrorist in Jammu and Kashmir. Drug disposal is taken very seriously by our Home minister Amit Shah ji who along with our Honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji harbour a dream of DRUG FREE INDIA and Singh took the whole incident for granted   by not even being present at the drug disposal site.

Looking at the seriousness of the complaint the Hon’ble Bombay High Court issued notices to Union of India, DG NCB Mr SN Pradhan , CBI and Maharastra Government asking them to file a reply what action they have taken on Gyaneshwar Singh.
