Harsh is currently working as a dance teacher in Cshp Public School, Pratap Vihar Ghaziabad & Running a Dance Studio ( Soul Harsh Beats Dance Studio) in Ghaziabad Delhi Ncr.Shbds has hosted beginner dance classes on Exly, and has judged dance competitions like HOT City Got Talent. Harsh’s Student  Kashish Makhija also won a Gold Medal at the Indian Hip Hop Dance Championship in 2024.
