HMD Crest Series 5G Smartphones Launched in India, Powered by UNISOC T760

National, 13th August 2024: HMD Global launched two new 5G smartphones, the HMD Crest and HMD Crest Max, to the Indian market. These devices are powered by the UNISOC T760 chipset, has scored over 510,000 on AnTuTu v10. As the world’s second-largest smartphone market, India offers immense consumer potential and vast opportunities for growth. The launch of the HMD Crest series marks a significant step in the deepening collaboration between UNISOC and HMD Global in India.

 

The UNISOC T760 is a superior endurance and performance ratio 5G SoC, 6nm process and features an octa-core high-performance CPU architecture. It supports multi-mode full network connectivity from 2G to 5G, providing users with a fast and stable network experience. In terms of imaging capabilities, the T760 is equipped with UNISOC’s latest Vivimagic 6.0 image engine and Acutelogic 3A technology. Whether capturing landscapes, portraits, or macro shots, the T760 delivers clear and detailed images, meeting users’ demands for high-quality photography. 

 

Both HMD Crest models feature a 6.67-inch OLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The HMD Crest is equipped with a dual-camera setup, featuring a 50MP main camera and a 2MP depth sensor, along with a 50MP front camera designed for selfies. It supports various shooting modes, including selfie gestures, slow-motion selfies, and tone control, catering to the diverse needs of international users. The HMD Crest Max further enhances the camera experience with a 64MP main camera, a 5MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro lens for a more versatile imaging experience. Both phones are powered by a 5000mAh battery, supporting 33W wired fast charging, ensuring long-lasting usage and worry-free photography.

 

The introductory price for the HMD Crest with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage is ₹12,999, while the HMD Crest MAX with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage is ₹14,999. Both phones will be available for purchase on Amazon starting in August.
