Emiza’s Unveils its Latest 1,10,000 sq. ft Warehouse in Haryana Pushes Forward E-commerce and Retail Supply Chain

Farrukhnagar, Haryana, 22 November 2024 – Emiza, India’s leading Made-in-India Third-Party Logistics (3PL) provider, has launched its 27th multi-client fulfilment centre (MCF) in Farrukhnagar, Haryana. The 110,000-square-foot state-of-the-art facility further enhances Emiza’s capacity to meet the growing demands of the e-commerce and retail sectors, particularly in the Northern India region. This latest addition marks Emiza’s fifth warehouse in the Delhi/NCR region and expands the company’s total warehousing footprint to over 50 lakh cubic feet across 14 cities and 13 states.

Over the past two years, Emiza’s warehousing space has increased by 150%, demonstrating the company’s strategic focus on scaling operations to meet the evolving needs of India’s logistics ecosystem. The Farrukhnagar facility is designed to handle up to 18 lakh direct-to-consumer (D2C) orders per month, significantly bolstering Emiza’s capabilities in delivering faster, more reliable, and more efficient logistics solutions. Positioned in a key logistics hub, the facility enables optimised last-mile services and improved order fulfilment for businesses in the region.

This expansion is also expected to create over 300 new jobs, further contributing to local employment growth. Across its network, Emiza has already generated 2,500 roles and is investing INR 12 crores in advanced technologies such as robotics, machine learning, and blockchain to elevate operational efficiency and enhance customer experiences.

The facility boasts multi-tier long-span shelving racks with over 17,000 pallet positions and a storage capacity of more than 900,000 cubic feet. It is equipped with 20 dock levellers, FM2 flooring, and a conveyor system to streamline material handling. To ensure the highest safety standards, advanced systems, including hydrants, sprinklers, electrical dock doors, and 24/7 CCTV surveillance, are in place. Additionally, the facility complies with key certifications such as the Shops & Establishment Act, Fire Safety, and Labour Law regulations, underscoring Emiza’s commitment to operational excellence.
